So why workout?
For many people this may sound like a stupid question, but before judging please take a brief moment to read my response, this is especially relevant to you all within the work environment striving for success. Want to be successful in all aspects of life? Read on……
Everybody’s definition of success will be different, but the underlying attributes that it takes to be successful in anything, whether that be from a monetary perspective, your own happiness, your families happiness etc is the same. Having worked within the business world myself I have always taken an interest in entrepreneurs and business peoples views on how they have become hugely successful beyond my wildest dreams! One that really struck a chord was Richard
Branson’s story and having originally heard about this over a year ago I did some more digging and I have now realised it’s the primary foundation of almost all successful lifestyle entrepreneur and CEO’s on the planet. (You may not be an entrepenueur or CEO, but this will still apply so keep reading!).
Why is it that so many successful people seem to be able to do so much? How is it that the more accomplished the person, the more it seems they’re able to get done?
Shouldn’t it be the opposite?
How is a CEO of one company able to found another one on the side, while administering their charity and still taking the occasional family trip?
This blows my mind. With how much effort it takes to do one thing well, now try and imagine how people who seem even ‘busier’ than you can produce magnitudes more results.
After reading numerous blogs and books it became obvious.
Most successful people have one thing in common….
Richard Branson was on one of his Yachts with a group of people and one guy asked something like “Richard how can I become more productive?” Bare in mind Richard Branson has around 400 companies, dyslexic and has a terrible academic record. Yet somehow, from space travel, deep sea diving, music and mobile phones he has achieved so much more than many will achieve in a life time.
As the crowd poised themselves for the answer he simply replied “I workout”
- How do I get more energy? Workout
- How do I get more confidence? Workout
- How to I prevent illness? Workout
- How do I find more time? Workout
- How do I stay focused? Workout
- How do I look and feel better? Workout
Most problems, especially those related to motivation come from within ourselves, how much do you respect your body?
