Last night I was approached by a ladies football team manager, who said
‘What is Pilates? and will it help my footballers?’
The simple answer is YES!
For those of you who don’t already know I am off to Rio Carnvial on Tuesday 9th February.
After the carnival I will be heading to Buenos Aires in Argentina.
